Shipping Policy

Fulfillment Location

All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. We ship domestically across the United States and internationally to qualified buyers.

Domestic US Shipping

Carrier: FedEx Ground (standard) and FedEx Express (expedited).

Estimated delivery times:

• FedEx Ground: 3–5 business days from shipment date
• FedEx 2Day: 2 business days
• FedEx Overnight: Next business day

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Exact shipping costs are quoted at the time of order confirmation. Large bulk orders (drums, IBC totes) may require freight quotes via LTL or FTL carriers.

Minimum Orders and Lead Times

• Retail bottles and sample packs: Ships within 1–3 business days
• Wholesale bulk (jerry cans, drums): Ships within 3–5 business days
• Private label orders: Lead time varies by order size and customization (typically 7–21 business days)

International Shipping

We ship internationally on FOB Atlanta or CIF terms. International orders are subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local regulations, which are the buyer's responsibility. Transit times vary by destination. Please contact us for an international freight quote.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email after shipment. You can track your order directly on the FedEx website or your designated freight carrier's portal.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 7 business days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or credit. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution.

Amazon FBA Shipments

For Amazon sellers, we can prepare FBA-compliant shipments including FNSKU labeling, poly-bagging, tamper-evident seals, and case-pack specifications. Please provide your FBA shipment plan at the time of order.
