Shipping Policy

Fulfillment Location

All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Norcross, Georgia, USA. We ship to United States addresses only — all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Domestic US Shipping

Carrier: UPS Ground.

Estimated delivery times (retail orders):

• Processing: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
• UPS Ground transit: 3–5 business days from the ship date
• Total, order to delivery: typically 4–7 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer. Expedited shipping may be available on request — contact us before ordering.

Shipping Costs

Retail orders ship free anywhere in the United States — there is no minimum and no shipping charge is added at checkout.

Do You Ship Internationally?

No. ThymoCura ships to United States addresses only. Checkout accepts US shipping addresses and prices are in US dollars. If you are outside the United States, please contact us before ordering — we cannot fulfil international retail orders at this time.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email after shipment. You can track your order directly on the UPS website. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track your order page.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us. Retail orders: get in touch within 14 days of delivery — the same window as any other return, and we cover the shipping when the fault is ours. Full details are in our Refund Policy. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or credit. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
