ThymoCura® sells cold-pressed black seed oil (Nigella sativa) products directly to retail consumers in the United States through this website. Wholesale, bulk and private label supply is not sold on thymocura.com; it is handled by our trade site, Chestnut Supply (chestnutsupply.com), under its own terms. Retail orders placed on this website are governed by these Terms together with our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing and Orders

Retail orders placed on this website: prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) at checkout, standard shipping within the United States is free, and any applicable sales tax is shown before you pay. A retail order is confirmed when your payment is completed at checkout and you receive an order confirmation e-mail.

4. Payment

Retail orders are paid in full at checkout through our secure payment processor using the payment methods offered there (for example credit or debit card and supported digital wallets). Retail orders ship after payment is completed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship from Norcross, Georgia. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

Retail orders placed on this website may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the product is unopened, unused, and its tamper-evident seal is intact. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the refund is issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Original outbound shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless the return is caused by our error, a defective item, an incorrect item, or another issue attributable to ThymoCura®.

Packaging appearance may vary from product photography as described in our Refund Policy; product formulation, stated net contents, tamper-evident protection, and batch traceability do not vary without disclosure.
