ThymoCura sells one oil in three profiles. Mild is the softer end of that family: a gentler taste and aroma than Standard, with thymoquinone (TQ) in the 1.0–1.3% range. It is the same cold-pressed, unrefined Turkish Nigella sativa oil with no carrier or additive; the softer character goes together with its lower thymoquinone range. If you are new to black seed oil, or take it with food and want the taste to stay in the background, this is the place to start. If you already know the oil and want the classic profile, Standard 8 oz is the balanced choice.

How to use, storage and warnings
How to use: follow the serving on your bottle label — typically 1 teaspoon (5 ml) daily, with or after food. Do not exceed the label serving. At 1 tsp (5 mL) daily, the 8 oz bottle is approx. 47 servings (about 7 weeks).
Storage: keep the cap closed and the bottle somewhere cool and dark. Amber glass slows light exposure but does not stop it.
Talk to your doctor before use if you are pregnant or nursing, take prescription medicine, or are considering it for a child. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Is Mild refined or diluted to make it milder?
No. It is unrefined, cold-pressed oil with no carrier or additive. The softer character comes from the oil profile itself, reflected in its lower thymoquinone range.
Where is it made and where does it ship from?
Made from Turkish-origin Nigella sativa seeds, cold-pressed and bottled in Türkiye. U.S. orders are fulfilled and shipped free from our warehouse in Norcross, Georgia (1–2 business days processing, UPS Ground 3–5 business days).
Can I return it?
Unopened, unused retail items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the tamper-evident seal is intact. Return shipping is paid by the customer; the refund is issued once we receive and inspect the item.
