How to use, storage and warnings
How to use: follow the serving on your bottle label — typically 1 teaspoon (5 ml) daily, with or after food. Do not exceed the label serving.
Storage: keep the cap closed and the bottles somewhere cool and dark; keep the second bottle sealed until you need it. Amber glass slows light exposure but does not stop it.
