Private Label Black Seed Oil — How It Works

From initial consultation to finished product on your shelf, our private label process is designed to be straightforward, transparent, and efficient. Here is how we bring your branded black seed oil to market.

Step 1: Consultation & Discovery

Every private label partnership begins with a conversation. We take the time to understand your brand, target market, intended distribution channels, and product goals. Whether you are launching your first supplement product on Amazon or adding black seed oil to an established retail line, this initial consultation shapes the entire project.

During this phase, we discuss oil specifications (bottle size, oil grade, thymoquinone content), packaging preferences, labeling requirements, estimated order quantities, and your target timeline. We also provide a current Certificate of Analysis (COA) and sample oil for your evaluation.

Step 2: Product Specification & Label Design

Once we align on product parameters, our team prepares a detailed product specification document covering:

  • Bottle size, material, and closure type
  • Oil volume and grade (virgin cold-pressed)
  • Label dimensions, printing method, and finish
  • Required compliance elements (Supplement Facts panel, ingredient list, allergen disclosure)
  • Optional retail box or sleeve packaging

If you have existing label artwork, we review it for production compatibility and regulatory compliance. If you need label design assistance, our team can create a professional layout that meets FDA labeling guidelines for dietary supplements or cosmetics. We provide digital proofs for your approval before any printing begins.

Step 3: Production & Quality Control

With your approval on the product specification and label proof, we move into production. Our cold-pressed black seed oil is filled into your selected containers, labels are applied, and closures are sealed with tamper-evident bands where required.

Quality control checkpoints are integrated throughout the production process. We verify fill volumes, label alignment, seal integrity, and overall product appearance. Each production run is tied to a specific oil batch with full traceability back to the original Certificate of Analysis.

Standard production time for private label orders is 10 to 15 business days from proof approval. Rush production is available for an additional fee, with turnaround as fast as 5 to 7 business days depending on order size and current production schedule.

Step 4: Shipment & Fulfillment

Finished products are carefully packed for transit. For Amazon FBA orders, we follow Amazon's case-pack and labeling specifications so your inventory is received without issues at fulfillment centers. For direct-to-warehouse or direct-to-customer shipments, we use protective packaging to prevent breakage during transit.

All shipments leave from our Atlanta, Georgia facility via FedEx Ground, UPS, or freight carrier depending on order size. Tracking information is provided as soon as your order ships. For international orders, we offer FOB terms with export documentation support.

Ongoing Partnership

The private label relationship does not end with the first order. We maintain your product specifications, label files, and order history on file for seamless reorders. As your brand grows, we can adjust packaging, introduce new SKUs, or scale production volumes to match your demand. Many of our partners started with a small initial order and have scaled significantly over time.
